2. Less ” Nice truth bomb, Fez” comments or more ” Nice Truth Bomb, HTG” comments.
3. Bring in a radio shrink every Friday to talk with Fez

1. Once a week Fez MUST do a fezitorial, whether he wants to or not, we all do things at our job we don'e want to do. I think this will force him to revisit his old frame of mind.
2. When Fez is having one of his many bad days, don't bring attention to it/him. Stop babying him thru his shit, he loves the attention, and if I hear "Just locked up" too many more times I'm gonna explode.
3. I am not offended by cursing in the least, I do it myself, but the word "fuck" has become such a verbal crutch for Hicks, he uses it as a comma, he uses it to fill silence while he thinks. It's just distracting, and nobody on this show has ever been allowed to have such an obvious crutch for so long without ball busting.

I feel like they got spoiled between doing three hours at JFK and having the last hour be the prerecorded 11-12 The Fastest Hour in Radio, and their initial run on XM of a three hour show.

2. Hire ANYBODY with some radio experience who actually TALKS. You just need someone for Ron to bounce off of. We'd prefer someone talented, but even if they were a complete hack it'd be fun to hear Ron rip their opinions and insult them in hilarious fashion.

This. Can Unmasked really be considered a separate show anymore? It's really just hour four of the Ron & Fez Show now.

I absolutely agree with both of these suggestions.
I hate when anybody talks ABOUT Fez. I hate when they call in to rip on him, and I even hate when they call in to give -somewhat condescending- compliment like "Fez... ya sound great buddy" and/or "good to hear on the mic today, Fezzie".





And I also agree that there's far too much cursing.

I distracted when people say the word "like" constantly. Or "ummmm" and "uhhhh". The CONSTANT use of the word "fuck" on the show is getting ridiculous. It's easily several hundred times per show.


As for my suggestions to improve the show, I don't really have too many. Perhaps some bigger name musical acts to come in and perform. I love Ryan Bingham and Mike Zito and the like... but... it'd be great to have some bigger names roll through there. Lindsay Buckingham was STELLAR. I'd love to see more of that kind of thing.

Another Pepper crutch that gets to me is the constant talk of getting fucked up. I like Pepper, but he can be a little one-note at times.
