Not exactly. They ruled the recount method was unconstitutional, and there wasn't enough time to come up with a new method.

I remember a Harvard statistics professor on a news segment at the time saying that because of the number of votes, and the inherent margin of error of any recount method, we would never know to a certainty who actually won.

ron got a kick out of Fez, just like Staples, ESD and others. eventually Ron bores of his co-hosts/crew and turns on them...and Fez is no different. fez can't win for trying and is set to fail in all honesty. the only thing he could possibly do at this point is grow a backbone and stand his ground and be the true second name on the show, but Ron has the masses behind him and everyone licks his balls so Fez is fucked either way to me. factor in that fez lives in fear of Ron's disdain and ire, he'll most certainly NOT step up/confront him in any way (which Ron might actually respect in the end)...surely not on air.
