I have the 5 slot in my other league and it has been one out of the top picks most of the mock drafts I've done...by the time it gets back, you are almost at the third tier

slots before 5 get a top tier and those from 7 to 10 seem to get two second tier drafts...but, bad choices by some (like drafting cowboys) change things for the better
