MTV is ending fist-pumping TV phenomenon "Jersey Shore" after this season, the network has confirmed.
MTV announced today that the series will end after its sixth season, which premieres Oct. 4.

Its really sucked since miami. 1 thing MTV knows how to do is beat a dead horse. Those pauly d, and snooki/jwoww shows were unwatchable. Thats what happens when every second isnt scripted like the other show is. I work in the area they filmed snookis show. That block was on constant lockdown.

I'm going to miss those knuckleheads but they've reached a point where they just can't go out into public and be their moronic selves. I hope they spend their money wisely; it looks like Pauly D is the only one who will be long-term employed.
BTW, I just watched the new Three Stooges movie a couple of days ago. It was funny to watch Moe slap them around.

In the movie Moe winds-up on "Jersey Shore" and slaps the cast around like they were Larry and Curly.
