I know a dude who got cited for drunk pissing on a street in New Orleans while he was on spring break. He skipped town without taking care of it and it came back to make his life miserable. They were gonna stop him from leaving the country over it, he had to drive down to New Orleans and shell out a bunch of fines and late fees to get his passport cleared.
