it's the main guy from the first one's uncle in this one seeking revenge, and now it's his ex-wife.

and they left it open for a 3rd movie.

i felt like i was watching a movie edited for TV. the violence was watered down for the PG13 rating. the main bad guy gets "killed" with an iron claw that would made Fritz Von Erich spin in his grave.
