well i did kind of care. i knew i didnt want anything deep fried. i ended up finding my way to the supermarket and getting a small can of tuna to have with the fruit to help fill out the meal.

I found when I was on it that it was easy to stick to any diet, I went on Dr. Ian Smiths Fatsmash diet and had no problem sticking to it because as the meds got into my system I lost all craving.

yeah, it makes soda and beer taste terrible (I powered thru for beer), most side effects that it causes can be lessened by drinking lots of water. It didn't effect me like you're saying, but it did effect my eyes, I had to really focus to read, and it made me anxious, which is the opposite of what it's supposed to do. That's why I quit taking it, I had a constant sense of impending doom.
