It's stupid, but they deserve it. Bc let's be honest here, SD did win 3 games, just lost to the saints on some plain awful calls, lost by 1 to clev on the road and had a 24 point lead on denver. i usually just hope they persist and continue making great music for their REAL fans, not mold their shit for radio or popularity. i like plenty of shit that is or has become popular sure, but when bands solely focus on this aspect it ruins shit. think nhl when they tried to become a top three sport with the fox tracks and all this no fighting shit started. Fuck that, stay true to your convictions and form and screw the fringe fan you need to fight for or string along with hype.

the rest of the band are amazing guys and continue to show love to their hometown and their past music...you may like their new shit, but overall it's not me either

like i said, bands simply don't keep that edge long. most at least

the cris cornells of the world are rare, yet one can argue he doesn't have that "edge" as I describe any longer, he just rolled with his age, style and voice very smoothly. we'll see with this next cd.

one band that made a good comeback to me was the Smashing Pumpkins with Oceania. Surprised me too, but very solid effort.

So his problems are always something for passionate to be about.
The fact that others are suffering means zero to fez.
Ronnie could be the most interesting person on radio, and who does he pick to support and re-sign contracts for millions of dollars...fez.
I think ron wanted to dump fez but at ron's heart of heart, he loves fez and does not ever want to betray him.

The fact that fez does not talk, does not ask thought provoking questions. And yet gets paid millions of dollars, could be the greatest example of why our society cannot last long term.

That sounds romantic, but Ron has made it abundantly clear, mainly during the end of the ESD era, that Fez needs to decide to do the show or leave on his own. It's obvious that the show is harmful to Fez and he prefers to shut-in at his apartment, but Ron will not break the unspoken code and force Fez to make his own grown-up decision. He can call him out on his bullshit all the time though.
