West Chester is a really wealthy college town thats mostly a mix of upper and upper middle class white people and more rural areas. Chester, on the other hand, is an oil refinery town with massively high crime and poverty. I think it was just named the second most dangerous neighborhood in america.

I gave him every opportunity to leave, there were woods on 2 sides within 10 feet, he just coiled up and started hissing and stricking. I left him there and went into the house and got my machette and he was still there when I got back. It's best that I kill the poisoness ones anyway, my grandkids and my schnoodle play in my yard.
