They're definately blaming the shit out of this guy. They about said he probably wanted to get hit and that he asked for it for getting into a fight with someone.

Ron's saying that white people wearing indian head dresses in the victoria's secret catalog is the same as wearing a cop outfit in a movie and that the brown man should get back on his reservation and shut up.

Oh and now it's the same thing as paul simon using african music. He's willfully ignoring the historical context of white people appropriating indian shit for their own gain.

Indians were not this peace loving, one with the earth group of people they are made out to be, many of the tribes were savages, constantly attacking other tribes, killing everyone and eating babies. I dont have a 'problem' with it exactly. I see it and I'm not personally offended but I do think it's in bad taste. Sometimes bad taste is the goal. I'm more offended by Ron's argument because I think it's overly dismissive of people with a legitimate gripe, and I think it's drawing a lot of totally valueless and misleading analogies.

It's in bad taste and I dont give a shit is a far more acceptable response to me than it's not in bad taste you're just over sensitive.

You might want to educate other people as to why you're offended, but legislating against everything is not the answer.

Teaching people why they shouldn't say racial slurs, for example, makes a lot more sense to me than outlawing those words and removing them from books and songs.

I would never support any form of government regulation that is meant to prevent anyone from being offended. I support the equal ability of everyone to express themsevles freely. Im as in favor of the model wearing the headdress as the special interest group's protest of it from an idealogical perspective.

As a white guy I'd say I'm not less cared about by society just because I now have to be more considerate of the non majority. I can still do whatever I want.

I got ya, and I'm personally not in favor of firing people for saying things, but I get that if you make yourself a financial liability to the company that they may get rid of you. I think it has more to do with financial liability than any morality, and the company decided they would have a greater financial issue keeping the people than firing them.

I think that's what HTG was trying to do with PAC. Try to show that level of support to mitigate the impact of an offended special interest group. But you cant blame the offended party for how the company responds. It isn't free speach if they have to keep their mouths shut.

Perfect! They're wasting the rest of the show on an Unmast, but my son's first game is this afternoon, so I wasn't gonna be listening anyway.

I think this'll be a good one

Yeah I dont think it's as big of a deal as Fez is making it. He didn't seem to mean that being gay is upsetting, but that you wouldn't be all jovial if you were just presented with a serious issue that you need to digest.

And it did sound like the room really tensed up right then.

Chose to listen to the start of the show rather than the unmast, hilarious Ron had to explain he didn't mean "allies."
