Sometimes teams wake up from that and charge through the playoffs, like the Saints the year they won the Super Bowl. These 49ers are not one of those teams.)

Seahawks def. Falcons (Just because any team from Atlanta that does well in the regular season turns out to be a fraud in the playoffs.)

Patriots def. Ravens (This one pains me.)

LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES:

Packers def. Seahawks (Aaron Rogers is a beast.)

Patriots def. Broncos (This is going to be a hell of a game. A classic.)

Packers def. Patriots (I just think that, overall, the best team in the playoffs is the Packers.)

Bengals/Texans - I don't disagree with your logic, I just want to believe the Texans have to wake up at some point & remember that they're a decent team. If not now, when?

Packers/Vikings - Agreed...even though Green Bay seems to be completely disinterested in playing any kind of defense, I can't see Minnesota pulling a horseshoe out of their ass two weeks in a row against a team that can be flat out nasty on offense when they decide to show up.

Ravens/Colts - I was on the Colt bandwagon until Ray Ray made his announcement this week. I don't think that kind of rah-rah shit will carry this horribly inconsistent Ravens team to the Super Bowl, but I have to think they will be frothing at the mouth this week.

Seahawks/Redskins - Agree on both points...Seattle is rolling on offense & just too good for Washington on defense. RGIII is banged up & his carriage turns back into a pumpkin this week. Not sure when Wilson's does the same but I think he rides the magic carpet for at least one more week.

It looked clear to me. He went to the ground, the ball hit the ground, rolled around, and then Douglas pulled it back in. I've seen that happen a million times and usually it isn't called a completion in the first place.

But then again I think the refs just let the niners get away with pass interference to even things up.

The Ravens pretty much put the game in Flacco's hands in the second half as they almost completely abandoned the run game. And in Denver he was flinging bomb after bomb after bomb. They are much more entertaining team then you give them credit for.

That being said, this given the quality of the defenses this Super Bowl it could easily be a long defensive struggle. I don't think that's anywhere near a given though.

Out of the 3 Super Bowls Dallas won in the 90s, the only one that bored me was against Pittsburgh.
