You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Hello everyone at RonFez.net. My name is Shawn,I am card holder 3955. I became a HUGE R&F fan when my local Seattle station started playing the show from noon-3 Seattle time.Then one day, as fast as it arrived, it was gone. They replaced it with Sports Radio. Even with another sports station here in Seattle (that sucks in the ratings book)it was a stupid thing to do. I miss R&F and am hoping to gain the trust of everyone so I can find the WONDERFUL show via the web.

But for now Ijust wanted to say hello to everyone.
