I have dry crusty stuff scraping up the inside of my nose, it attaches itself so that I can't pick it out of there without causing bleeding, and my nose hurts too much to try to pick it anyway. I've got a humidifier running and I'm snorting saline spray, not getting any better, been like this a week now.
