Ron is the king is contradiction when it comes to stuff like that.

He honestly feels like he has some kind of keen insight on music & movies. (around here... he's absolutely put on a pedestal)
And for WHAT?
He's a guy that loves The Beatles, The Stones, Steely Dan, Allman Brothers. The Doors, etc etc. They're all good bands, sure. But they are the all-time safest choices a man could make. There's nothing remotely interesting about any of them.
Same goes for loving Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, "Jawls", and Boogie Nights etc.

All things considered.... Ron is right down the middle. Predictable even.

I love his attitude and his comic timing. But I wouldn't exactly consider him to be enlightened or open minded when it comes to music, film, or even stand up comedy.
