Same. They're the #1 favorite band of at least two people I know. I went with one of them to see the current group--Sublime with Rome--and they're still a lot of fun. Don't know much about Rome but he fits rather nicely as the front man.

I may have made it sound worse than it is...the blood is contained within the viscous fluid and slowly gets absorbed...vision is as bad as the amount of blood and it absorbs at different rates

I'd argue he didn't start out that brilliant. And his movies have been almost universally shitty.
I personally think The Office was pretty brill, as the brits say. I liked Extras enough, and then just couldn't watch Idiot Abroad and Lifes too short, I'm not crazy about his stand up, didn't try to watch the show about the guy with Downs, and yeah all of his movies are garbage.
I used to enjoy listening to his podcast but that got a little stale.

What the HELL was that? Did Fez get even gayer with this recent hospital visit? He just busted out of nowhere with a bunch of crazy talk in a super gay voice. Was Fez on yesterday? I missed a lot of the show yesterday.

These context-less, non sequitur Fezitorials are... uncomfortable. Especially when Ron and Pep don't acknowledge them whatsoever.
I find it oddly compelling.
I just wish Fez would start interacting again, because most of the people Ron chooses to interact with instead (Hard Rock Boring, HT Boring, The Most Boring Sports Guy Ever, Matty Ice, etc., ad nauseum) are painfully unentertaining.

He did one live read about 2 hours in, and a Fezatorial to close the show.
According to Ron, the rest of the time he sat there and stared at him.

That would be the ideal scenario, but if anything these random outbursts with no response from anyone else in studio are getting him farther away from being a person in the moment.

Wait - what he just did (and what he's doing again right now) was a Fezatorial!? It was so out of nowhere and off the subject I was confused. I've heard plenty of Fezatorials back in "the day" but that just seemed weird.

Yeah he did the same thing but time ran out at end of show.

Well, that's what I called it. The caller just called it a catty moment. Fez hasn't officially called them either, he just randomly reads them off and then goes back to staring.

Well, that would play into the theory that Ron is trying to drive him off the show.

He's lost his mind - well, what he had left of it.
Where's Leibniz on this boat, then?
to be honest I had to look him up as a refresher...I learned more of his assistant, Blaise Pascal's contributions and remember theories that because she was female, wasn't given proper credit to his contributions
Pascal was also my favorite procedural programming language and I used in in my course work when teaching...until object-oriented programming became the core

Pascal's a girl? Never had a clue. I only remember her triangle.
Edit: nope, Blaise is a dude. You got punked. Unless they meant he was French.

Was a lucky coincidence I realized as I was typing it.

a couple Valium and some "nerve medicine" left me a bit confused...Ada Lovelace was the female I was thinking of and the programming languages (Pascal and Ada) are related...no other reason I can think of for confusing the two
Ada is a structured, statically typed, imperative, wide-spectrum, and object-oriented high-level computer programming language, extended from Pascal and other languages. It has built-in language support for explicit concurrency, offering tasks, synchronous message passing, protected objects, and non-determinism. Ada is an international standard; the current version (known as Ada 2012[3]) is defined by ISO/IEC 8652:2012.[4]
Ada was originally designed by a team led by Jean Ichbiah of CII Honeywell Bull under contract to the United States Department of Defense (DoD) from 1977 to 1983 to supersede the hundreds of programming languages then used by the DoD. Ada was named after Ada Lovelace (1815–1852), who is credited as being the first computer programmer.

I'm on super secret sailor time--just now hearing Jenny Hutt. I can't wait to hear PaulO, but the lifeboat sounds like brainy people stuff.

Listening to this part now, Ron slowed down and you have to imagine he silently threw it to fez.
