dude if you think about a clown is generally a room design that parents do for their sons... they will put up the trim with clowns on it along the ceiling and put clowns all over the room.. so when you are alone at night learning how to sleep in the dark by yourself everything scares you.. imagine a painted clowns face in the dark.. that shit could be scary as hell.. so it just logged in the subconscious that clowns are scary and every now and then will scare certain guys.. girls don't have this cause they get the doll set up... it is kinda weird that your parents without knowing are giving you a mind fuck at the ages of 1-5..

Clowns are scary. I have a hard time watching movies with clowns in them or seeing clowns in person. This is most definately a new phobia that I have developed within the past 5 years.

I dont know how or when my clown phobia began.. but it was definitly there.. My grandparents had this clown portraid in their living room.. I would never ever step foot in the living room because that painting was there..

i liked when the daily show did the piece on clownphobia. they forced people with this fear to watch second rate clowns. it was kind of funny to watch their reaction.

Clowns hide their true feelings behind garish makeup. You cannot tell what they are thinking or feeling. This makes many uncomfortable, as if they are dealing with someone who has such terrible secrets that he cannot reveal himself.

its funny you should post this today i was just thinking about this

i used to be terrified of clowns when i was younger, they dont bother me much anymore

but i was on a different messageboard and someone posted a picture of a clown and it really scared the shit out of me, if i had looked at it for more than a second i almost started to cry thats how freaked out i was by it

then someone else posted a drawing of a clown and i wasnt phased

it seems that im freaked by people as clowns but drawings and those evil ones dont have an effect on me
