ehhh... im not sure i would say that. my migraine medication is topamax, used off label i think. it was originally developed as an epilepsy medicine. it is also used as a psychiatric medication, another offlabel use, and that i HAVE seen it advertised as such. another off label use for the medicine is for weight loss and to help alcoholics stop drinking. thats just mine though.

That would literally be illegal. Either it has that indication, which it does for migraine for years, or u are confusing medical literature and or use for marketing. Usually the med world is way ahead of what is on label for a drug, but it can be wrong as well until proven with controlled trials.
