OK, apparently some shit got passed where, in most states, playing poker online is now legal cause a judge ruled its a game of skill against others, not chance like a normal casino game.

So there are now a few sites (with more coming) that are accepting US players again. Also, Nevada and NJ are in the process of legalizing state casino run Online Poker sites governed by the states gaming commissions.

I was just wondering if there was anyone left on here playing online poker on a US friendly site and what are some of the best ones. I may strike out since NY is one of the states that is a no go, but NJ is all good.

I was thinkin of signing up for Bovada (formerly BoDog). From what I could find, they seem to have the best software and security and great customer service and deposit/cash out times.

I used to play. A lot. I realized it got bad when i was playing $200 per hand blackjack to kill time. Hopefully they regulate it in NJ. Sad when id trust them over scumbags like Lederer and Ferguson.

i joined bovada. They seem pretty good. All players are anonymous too. They are regulating NJ. The casinos are allowed to start their own sites. They are just dragging ass about it for some reason

"Why does this still seem like gambling to you? I mean, why do you think the same five guys make it to the final table of the World Series of Poker every single year? What, are they the luckiest guys in Las Vegas? It's a skill game, Jo."
