Basiically give the President the ability to implement his/her ideas during their term with fewer roadblock from the opposition. He didn't say this but it would take a switch to a parlimentary system away from our Constitution's checks and balances.

I've been thinking about this myself for the last several years and it may be the way to go. I'll even give the Tea Partiers 1st ups.

Does it have to be conscious for it to be a work? I think Fez has just morphed into an old lady who watches TV and "feels" whatever is being spoon fed by the editorial voice once it is mixed with a healthy dollop of wounded aggrievement from his own psyche rather than actualy thinking.

The only work that I think he is at least semi-consciously pulling off is playing the big health excuse cards once it looks like there might be some consequence to his (in)actions on the show. But at this point, it is totally management's (including Ron's) fault for their unwillingness to pick him up by the scruff of the neck and toss him through the barbershop window (or whatever that wrestling gimmick was that they're always referring back to is.)

"work" probably sounds worse than I intended...every Todd character is a work, and the most recent "Angry Fez" character is equally a work

as no highly effeminate gay is as extreme as the original Fez character...no perpetual victim is as broadly angry as the new Fez character

subconscious or not...it's gotta be a work
