I had zero interest in seeing "The Heat" until I heard that one of the commentaries are by the MST3K guys. I just put a hold on it at the liberry and will be watching it with their commentary. I get to see them live this weekend, and am super dee duper excited about it.

I just watched The Heat (without commentary, boots don't come with commentary) it's a pretty funny movie, there was one point early in where I was getting a bit sick of the bitchiness, but then it got funny again. Lots of really foul female rap music in the background.

This has been working for me for the last few months. It's a trial sub that runs for a month so you dont have to keep signing up. I like the alternate method to avoid sailor time, but I use the trial for music and it makes jumping around O&A to the segments I want to hear easy.

I like to motivate by using the last style of the one minute manager. The one minute reprimand.

One minute reprimand has two parts. The first half includes telling the people that what they did wrong, how you feel about it and then let it sink in with a few seconds of uncomfortable silence.
Then in the second half you tell the people how much you think they are capable of and how much you value them.
One important aspect of one minute reprimands is that it criticizes the work or behavior and not the person. The employee (or team member)is not blamed as a person, only his work is accused of not being up to the desired level. And once it's over, it's over.
