make sure to say the buzzwords that hR wants to hear when interviewing and ask questions about benefits etc.

ron doesnt seem to understand that sometimes when you are in the depths of undiagnosed mental illness, you dont know/realize it. you think its everyone else who has something wrong with them. sometimes other people need to step in and bring it up to you before you can see it.

the whole "you need to take care of it yourself" argument that ron keeps repeating does not translate the way he thinks it does (its anti bully not anti mh). it comes off very much against the mentally ill.

OH my bad - there was a female in this position before me and she was a wimp. So many issues and HR things were not even worked etc.... I was told that she would cry and disappear.
When terminations happened she would get the plant manager to do them in her presence instead of her doing them.

The type of employees are mostly shady but a woman could handle it if she had a strong backbone.
