We dont acknowledge strangers but like if you turn a corner and come face to face with someone I atleast expect eye contact so we dont continue to bump into eachother, and an excuse me. But people really are just walking around sortof looking up in the air pretending no one else is walking around.

brilliant indeed, but he missed the lead-in Fez shoehorned in earlier about no Christmas Dinner because Hicks has to catch a plane (i.e., cannot do it any other night)...while I agree there is some real shit happening, it's still 90% work

I get where he's coming from because he cant take stuff to Fez but it's not up to Pepper to dictate Fez' workflow. If Pepp has more than he can handle and Fez asks to help Pepp either needs to handle things professionally on his own or give off the work he doesnt have time for. Let Ron deal with Fez if Fez drops the ball.

But more so you can see with how pepper has handled the other producers like pipps and zito that he doesn't know what to do with a team.

Pips quit before Thanksgiving. And it's come out that Pips wouldn't interact with Pepper, he would go to Rob Cross.
