Tried out a pizza dough recipe this weekend. All pizza dough recipes need to fess up that you cant make comparable pizza without a deck oven, so all other variations are texturally pretty negligible. It made a decent oven pizza though, the crust had a really good flavor.

I haven't been listening. I tuned out during the whole "Shelby and Molly" show that Ron subjected us to during the summer. I jumped back on in October with the Fez Jocktober stuff that became fascinating and it just kept snowballing through November and early December.

Gave today a listen because it was being hyped up as this brand new show, brand new format, but was just the same old, same old...now with Shelby. Ugh.

I found today to be an improvement, obviously the first break was a bad start, but they picked it up from there, coming out of break with a gay topic led to no angry Fez but a Fezitorial, and if you got past the gruff voice a damn funny one. After that the show stayed pretty funny and Fez stayed involved, Shelby is funner to listen to than Hicks, and during playoff time it's unavoidable that they're gonna talk football, bringing in Florentine, an O&A comic they wouldn't bring on in the past, was a step in a different direction and an improvement, and the group conversation along with asking Fez which QB was better looking over and over again was a different feel than the previous shows. The list of future guests brings hope also, all comics, except for Macy, who'll be there to promote Shameless, which is a comedy of sorts. No aging rock stars mentioned.

If you are listening to find something to be negative about, there was some things there for you. But if you are honest, there were improvements, improvements that might paint a picture of a better future.

Bringing in new comics alone will make this show a completely different show. I loved it, and everyone interacted with Florentine.

So much for believing the reason for a non hire excuse.

But I shouldn't be surprised, it was last summer when I was told there was no room for hiring on the RNF show, budget constraints etc. He came off his Cross enough to at least tell me he'd let me now if it changed, he'd call me. Whoops, wrong again, but it was last summer.



I guess I should have followed up more, but there is an anti-stalking law now, I think. Just didn't want to be the test case for it. To think I was even willing to kneel before the Cross to get a job with RNF again....oh well, so, what next, Atheism, Judaism or some goat worshiping. Which one carry a job offer or some honesty and trusting in what you are told.

If we are talking religion or radio.....I guess neither lately.
