Are you sure about this? I know there are non hallucinogenic versions that they sell on the shelves in the US, but I'm pretty sure the online stuff that you can get from overseas is still the same.

I read this book about absinthe years ago, right about the time the absinthe prohibition had started to lift. I believe they said real absinthe distilled from wormwood wasn't really the culprit, it was that these people were really heavy duty drunks and that they'd use the flavor of absinthe to cover up cheap chemicals. So you were whacked because you were getting poisoned.


Absinthe today is either absinthe flavored or reputably distilled neither of which will make you trip.

I really hope that the announcement includes a change from sports to pop culture or something Dave has knowledge about...the guy is entertaining, but you can't scream about NY area sports for three hours and hope to build an audience

I'm not trying to be shitty just because I dont generally enjoy unmasts but I would actually like to know the motivation to play a pretape for an hour in the middle of your show. Do you have something to do? Do you want an hour off? Do you not care at all? Or do you love unmast so much you think it's vital to play it?

My number 1 thing that the show needs is someone just to challenge Ron periodically. The know it all thing is tough if they arent a parody and never get challenged.

I didn't hear an ounce of anger from Ron over the Sarah Silverman thing, they disagreed over a researchable fact, Shelby looked it up and proved himself right, Ron just said, looks like you were right, then busted his balls about reading every comedy bio.
