He's totally wrong, if that's what he said. The vapor doesn't have nicotine that can effect people around you. But you do ingest nicotine. That is, unless you have the type that allows you to fill it with whatever you want (not the pre packaged kind, like Blu, and such). There are types that can be filled with oils. Some oils have nicotine, and some don't. But the ones you see advertised... the ones that are sticks that resemble cigarettes... They have nicotine. That's the whole point of using them.
