Went and pigged out at a hole in the wall BBQ joint. Some of the best BBQ pork I've ever had.
Home Fries, BBQ Beans, and a bowl of their famous blue cheese dressing with saltines to dip in.
Damn it is so bad for you but who cares....

I'm an emotional and boredom eater. I've considered having my jaws wired shut, or convincing my doctor that I need to be on Topomax--not because of migraines, but because it kills the appetite. But, I've decided it's easiest to just embrace my "brick-housedness."

The boredom is the worst. Sitting on the couch in the evening is the only time I have trouble reining it in.

I'm listening delayed. Ron is a food snob, but his taste in Chinese food is terrible. Mr Chow's is a chain restaurant for tourists. Being in NYC and not getting Chinese food in Canal Street or on Main Street in Flushing (there are other places scattered throughout the city, Mr Chow's is NOT one of them) is like going to Times Square and having TGIFridays.
