I'm being hassled by a coworker who is mystified by the message that comes up when you try to print a document that goes past the normal margins. :wallbash: she called me over in a panic thinking there was a virus. she is backing up the printer queue because she would click the print icon, then click yes when the message pops up, and click the print icon again. repeat ad infinitum.

"but why isnt it printing?! I hate this thing! Misti come fix this. The stupid printer is broke again!"

No literally. And the first copier I printed to is out of toner and I deleted the file so I had to come back, recreate the file, then reprint and copy.

Press copy.
Machine scans but nothing prints.
Press the copy button 6 more times, which the machine scans.
Notice there is no paper. Fill the legal size paper tray with letter size paper.
Jam the printer.
Rip the paper out and leave the torn piece in the machine.
Say nothing and walk away.


When the machine finally does get fixed (usually by me) allllll the copies people tried to make comes out and like 3 reams of paper get wasted :dry:

Yeah one of our frequent "This email goes out to everyone but is only addressing one or two people" is dont pretend you didn't see the error message on the printer.
