I think I give misunderstood gifts, I have to temper it. For example I really like stoneware mugs and I was going to give my friend some of them for her birthday. I found this company in Minnesota that makes really nice ones, but like I have to risk her not getting my intention because they're expensive but she might see it like "cheapskate got me two mugs for my birthday? Did he spend 5 bucks?" So I found a nice set of 4 that werent the mugs I wanted for myself but were much better than the shitty mugs people drink out of. 4 mugs with a stand and they're a little arty so they can be left on the counter.

It's not even grunt work, they're a team of creative assets. Hicks isn't equiped to hand out work and he's not talented enough to do it all himself. Even if he was it creatively stifles the show to have everything from Hick's POV. Ron is the real executive producer of the show and should delegate all work to his three producers. Grunt work is for the interns.

due to the layout of the building and land we can not have a fence or even 1 entry into our business. There are 15 ways someone can walk in here at anytime - and it is unsettling to me.

I have a lot of disgruntled employees over the years and at any time one could walk right in and start blasting away.

They're finally talking about securing the schools here. The elementary campus where my girls go is completely open. There's a public park on two sides of the school grounds, and I see random people walking across the playground all the time. I'm surprised something hasn't happened before now.
