I am an Al supporter, though I do find Joe funny on the show (Doctor Bunson Dirty Jew = still great) and Al probably didn't have a chance for his psycho factor to work in while Joe, as has been said, is a street fighter who knows how to get the upper hand immediately. However Al did last longer than Perrynoid and probably longer than anyone else thought he would so I'll give him credit.

I will give Al credit for a good fight because he showed up and really gave it a go. As for throwing his gloves down, Joe did give him a hard cheap shot when Al was on the mat. This was the best fight of the night not only because it was so hyped up but both Joe and Al fought hard. Also, Al gave away about 50-60 pounds against Joe, that makes a HUGE difference in punching power, even more so with the haymaker bombs Joe Poo threw out there. Al also seemed like he could have gone on with the fight longer (except for the whole "getting knocked out" thing..hehe), as Joe was massively hyperventilating and really lost his wind by the third round. If Al actually had strong straight jabs and punches, this fight could have gone differently. But that's what you get for trying to learn boxing from tv and videos.

Seeing Opie smile and laugh every time Dukes went down was just too funny.

I support Dukes...Jo Poo is a funny MFer and I'm sure he's going to make it big, but I don't like him and that BS with hitting Dukes while he was down caused him to throw the gloves....I give him lots of credit for hanging in there with a better fighter in Poo....I really hope they have a rematch in 3 months or so....Maybe some new feuds will develop in that time too.

Al is great to goof on. He makes for some funny bits. But he pee's sitting down. Even if you do that you should't say so on the radio of all places. At least he contributed to the show.
