biteing

[The man in the moon]

On yesterdays show, there was some talk about biteing. finger nails, skin and so on. I found myself noding my head to just about everything. I BITE. Does this mean I sould be seeking help?

Many people bite their nail. It's not a terrific habit but it's most likely not indicative of an underlying problem.

If you're doing it as a deliberate act of self-mutilation however, you need to seek out a therapist immediately.
