More stress is not worth $20.00 a week.

i would have to say its not so much about the raise as it is the position and responsibilties. if it would advance my personal goals, i would take a pay cut. right now i'm doing a film at half my normal rate because i believe in the project and the position is a stepping stone for my career. if you think this new position would put you in a better place a couple years down the road i would take it even if it means putting up with some extra stress and responsibilties now.

I am with you RAVEN, for 20 extra dollars no job is worth the added stress. If anything they should be giving you less stress for more money, but it never works that way does it...

I gotta go with sketchy on this one. If it helps your career in the long run, then the move would definitley be worth it. Granted, it's only an extra $20 a week, but if it'll help make you lots more later on, then I say go for it.
Got paste???
