• The vegans are disgusted at my website

A few months ago I made some turkey meatloaf that was pretty amazing. It seems as though the vegan / anorexic community (or at least one site) has found my post and are disgusted at the thought. They say it brings them nitemares and makes them remember why they don't eat meat.

http://www.xanga.com/Erika_Steele/506773465/bad-food-porn.html

Seeing posts like that make me really happy.

The food looks delicious. A tad rich for my tastes, but if I were really hungry, it'd definitely hit the spot.

What's going to give me nightmares is the skeletal drawing of the naked woman on that lady's page. They really did seem to hate food.

I just made a cheese stuffed meatloaf last night, it was delicious. Italian style, regular meatloaf with bits of fresh mozzerella, some extra virgin olive oil, fresh breadcrumbs, diced tomatoes it was delish

Did you put the tomatoes in with the meat before you cooked it? Mixed it up with the meat?

I'll have to try that next time.

I used my big kitchenaid mixer and blend everything up in that, including the diced tomatoes and cheese. Makes the meatloaf moist and tasty.
