Decent, how? He didn't steal the ball. Society has a responsibility to not teach a child that crying is an effective method of manipulating people into getting his or her way.

Life is a disappointment sometimes. I almost said it sucks, but that kid was sitting close enough to the game to have the chance to catch the ball. The ball wasn't thrown into the nose-bleeds where the children of parents with less disposable income are enjoying the game with their kids.

Fez had a legit reason to not go. I understand Ron saying he was blowing it off, but that obviously wasn't the case. Ron was being unreasonable.
