Thanks G! I think I will be ordering one. It looks like a weird ritual. But something that can really help me out.

Please get one. I'm like a crusader for these things! I should sell them. I can't believe I went all these years without knowing about them. You breathe so deeply and fully that it revitalizes you in every way.

I'm going to order one tomorrow. The humidfer doesn't help at all. Thanks for the heads up sir!

ok, instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd put the paddles to a previously started re. neti pots

I have shitty nasal allergies triggered by the usual suspects i.e. dust, mold and my favorite the girlfriends evil cat. Broke down this evening and picked one up. While yes my nose briefly felt better and less contested I seemed to be dripping water from my right nostril for 10 minutes afterwards. Is this normal?

In my experience it takes a while for your sinuses to adjust...especially if they're all inflamed from allerigies 'n stuff. I have been using a squeeze bottle with "NeilMed Nasal Rinse" for going on two years. Before using it I was a chronically stuffy... Now the thing works like it's supposed to. I'm not religous about doing it ... usually 4-5 times a week and always use boiled or distilled water with the rinse...but damn it has made a signifigant difference in my life.

Highly suggest you do it for at least a few weeks b4 deciding if its for you
