I have seen your programming, and I am familiar with the type of fami ly oriented shows you put on the air.
If you use Dave and Casey McDonald for your show “A Baby Story”,=2 0you will be doing yourself a disservice.

Dave is a unpredictable alcoholic with little to no self respect, and absolutely no concept of morality.

His wife is an out of touch alcoholic who is either unaware or indifferent to her husband’s downward shame spiral.
Any and all credence that Casey might have as a human being is destroyed as she sits idly by and allows her husband to mock the very institutions that your show tries to hold dear.

Your programming shows us the miracle of childbirth, usually through the eyes of a couple who are both amazed and in some cases overwhelmed by the life changes that a young one can bring. David’s actions , which for the most part are despicable and base, show us that he is not suitable to be a role model under any ci rcumstances.

While I am sure that your talented crew and editors could make a watchable show out of the chaos and confusion that the McDonald’s cou ld offer; your presence alone would validate his behavior. I fear that the attention your show might give him would help enable Dave to continue to place his life, and the life of his child into danger.

Please don’t take this notice lightly. This man is a danger to himself and to his child. Validating his20behavior could wind up being a costly mistake.
