No, they probably have a drop-safe at their main office and one general cashier who reconciles and deposits the cash along with the much larger volume of cash collected at machines and by window agents. Heck, with the vast majority of their cash coming from the latter two sources, any money collected on a train is a fairly insignificant blip to their general cashier.
