i've never had the wings at the Croxleys in Farmingdale or RVC, but i've had them at the one in Franklin Square and most people love them....i think they are really overrated. actually, i think they suck. Shackeltons in FS has much better wings.
if i'm only having wings i'd probably order about 25 if thats possible.

croxleys is a chain, i prefer the wings at crokers in wantagh
it all depends on the place that i go. the places that have larger wings in go with a single order and places with the smaller a double order. 75% of the time ordered hot. 25% of the time ordered extra hot.
i eat a lot of chicken wings.

Is that the same Down the Hatch that uses Atomic Wings? If so, that's a pretty chill spot on top of having top-notch wings
When I lived in Manhattan that deal was $14 at DTH. We would actually set our alarm clocks to get up at 12 on a Sunday to get a shower and go for football & "the cure".
Those were the days when I wore only one chin.

we used to be waiting outside the place before they would open up, just so we could get the big table in the back by the foosball table. those were some drunken days!

We always sat at the bar, on the left, by the "window". You could look out it and see about 1 foot of dirt and the ground...good for rat watching.

On 25 cent wing night, I order 24 for my babe and me then take the leftovers home.
