Red Rock West with Nicholas Cage and Dennis Hopper. Nobody has ever heard of it and anybody I ever get to watch it loves it.Maybe Cage's best performance.
Ugh! I hated Primer! Interesting story, but the dialogue was horrendous! What a piece of filth. My wife wouldn't talk to me for the rest of the night because I made her watch it with me.
Once you get past the tech-speak, which is really only the first 15 minutes, the story gets really mind bending. And as mind-bending movies go, this is one of the best. You really have to think to figure it out, or at least form a plausable theory. Sometimes I find that a bit more fun than a normal movie. It gets better with repeated viewing.

when i saw the thread title. first movie that came to mind was American Psycho. No one thinks of this movie when christian bale is mentioned, but i think he was terrific in it.
Now I may be way off on this next one, but I feel liek I NEVER hear any one talk about, even though there are great actors in it.

It's gonna be BAM, I crush his little skull and I sit down and smoke a cigar for another 55 seconds. The next kid comes in, BAM I put my cigar out on him. I laugh and point at the other kids "Who's next chubby?"

But it was bogus tech-speak. And I found it about as mind-bending as the Back to the Future trilogy.
But realistically cock is a whole meal unto itself.

For all those knocking Josie and the Pussycats, have you
actually seen it. It's on the list for a reason. It really
is suprisingly good. It was not done like Scooby-Doo, The
Flintstones, or any of the other cartoon to Live Action Full Length
Movies. See it. You'll enjoy it. Also see Drop Dead
Gorgeous. I'll stake my reputation on them.
Great ideas often receive violent opposition from mediocre minds.
Did I see the same movie as the rest
of you? Josie
and the Pussycats was 100% grade-A USDA-approved garbage. That that
shit movie made the list and a movie like "In the Company of Men"
didn't shows just what kind of shit this list is.

Starship Troopers is on UPN (movie edit) as I type this. Definitely has some of that comic undertone that Robocop had. Plus it has Doogie Howser.
I never considered American Psycho underrated -- too many people I know have seen it and like it. Before Batman Begins came out and Christian Bale came up, it was always "the guy from American Psycho" and everyone knew who you were talking about.
Oddly, I have three movies for the list featuring the same actor: October Sky (inspirational), Bubble Boy (laugh like an tard), Donnie Darko (mind f**k) - all with Jake Gyllenhal (sp?). I will watch any of them whenever I catch them on TV.
