Default What's for dinner?
I've got a pork tenderloin on the grill soaking up some hickory smoke, slow cooking. Some garlic mashed potatoes and maybe a crescent roll. Mmmm Mmmm, good.

I've eaten more pork this weekend than I usually do in a year. Pulled pork, sausages, tenderloin, hot dogs...I really needed a change of pace.

I had a buddy of mine smoke a turkey for me, and it was amazing.

I just may buy a smoker.

Hamburgers. Had nachos on the side, it was a last minute idea for a dinner addition. Then had small stuff on the side like olives, sun dried tomatoes, gerkins and artichoke hearts.

Simple meal, but very good.

Bring me your finest smoked meats! You gotta get one if you've got a good palce for it. It's a lot of work to really smoke like a turkey or a brisket but obviously the payoff is worth the effort.

We stopped eating at about 5, but we had, bbq ribs, chicken, corn, shrimp. We also made homemade snow cones which was really fun.
