um, gurffles?

i say give a good yell, or punch a pillow until you're tired. works for me sometimes.

i'd also suggest drinking heavily and/or smoking weed.

DON'T KEEP IT IN ... THAT'S WHAT I DO AND IT'S NOT GOOD FOR YOU! I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANYONE I CAN TRUST ... SO I HOPE YOU DO! TALK, GET IT OUT! GET IT OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM!

NELLIE - What are gurffles?

If you're feeling angry or pissed off, there are several things you may wish to consider.

1. Exercise. Nothing like working up a sweat to help calm you down. The brain produces adrenaline which can make you feel good overall.

2. If you're pissed at a particular person, talk to them. If you feel too angry to talk to them, or if you feel it won't help, talk to friends about what is bothering you. The worst thing is to keep it bottled in. It will only foster further anger and resentment.

3. Distract yourself. Try to avoid thinking about the person, event or thing that made you upset. See a movie, read a book, take a hot bath. Relax and occupy yourself with things you enjoy doing.
