Every year I walk in AIDSWalkNY. It's fun, emotional and a great workout!

Anyway, it's Sunday, May 19th...anyone wanna go??

I'm already going with everyone from my job. My company is a big sponsor of the event. It's a great cause. Anyone who has the time should try to go. Like Mira said, it really is a fun and equally emotional day. If you can't go maybe you could sponsor one of us?

I really hope more people can attend. I know it sucks that it's so early in the morning and that you're walking for several miles. But, it's usually a beautiful day and you meet so many interesting people. <P>
One story I have is during the opening ceremony my friend Robin and I were standing behind three ladies with t-shirts that had a man's picture. In front of the shirts, two of them said, "I am doing this for my brother" and the other one said "I am doing this for my son". They were crying and holding hands. Robin and I lost it...

I feel so good about this every year. Everyday, we live our lives, go to work, eat, sleep, get drunk, just like everyone else. After doing this once a year for the past four years...this it the only thing that gets everyone's attention.

i am in and still looking for sponsors i will sponsor you also mira just email me your info, i have usually helped out with the pediatrics AIDS foundation and usually with the DISHES project with some of my model friends now they merged with broadway cares but i always try to help out...hits home to me like so many people.
