You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Wow, during the freakshow replay, when Billy was sucking the webbed toes, the F-bomb was dropped not once, but twice...and I swear the second time was by Ronnie...talk about lazy latenight programmers...just when I was thinking this station was getting out of the sticks...
