I have a bad feeling in my pit of my stomach that
somthing is wrong... No it is nothing I ate and I
have no idea why... My life is the same average life
as it always is... maybe even a little better so
where does this feeling come from any reason or
ideas?

CYYYFYYY - Vauge unspecified stomach pain is often caused by stress.

Although you indicated that your life hasn't changed lately, you didn't indicate the level of stress you're currently under.

I'd lookat the next few weeks and see if there's something coming up that will be stressful, like the start of a new semester or a new job, changes in your family (births and deaths and divorce) .

to describe to someone who
doesn't feel this.

I agree zath and i am not an expert in any field but I wil lmake an assumption, I get those feelings to and when soemthing is wrong you know it by a feeling I can only assume that we are closely conencted to people around us or in or life someway so you can feel and wonder if they are ok and when you get the feelign its not a good feeling and if you do find out something is wrong its a feeling all different

I've had a bit of a feeling of dread lately. I think it's cause of the renewed warnings about terrorist threats and all the other memories and fears that come along with that. In the end, I've got to remember to just live my life and not worry too much about it, and just hope for the best. But even subconciously I think it weighs on ya.

42nd DELAY made an excellent point which I did not think of.

We've been delluged with new terrorist threats and the "certainty" of another attack. We're not sure what and how much Bush before the attack on the WTC. We're in a war (a half assed type of war, but a war nonetheless).

Basically, we're living in a really tense time. It's not surprising that you're experiencing an increased level of unease.

What particularly concerned me about your reply though CYYYFYYY is that you acknowledge an upcoming job interview but dismiss that as a potential source of unease b/c "I am always confident that the
interview won't go well." Sounds to me like it's an issue that deeply worries you seeing how you have invested so much in finding defense mechanisms to explain a potential failure to get a job.
