Post Masterbation Guilt

Sometimes after I've just batched I feel really guilty about it. Is that a normal thing? Does anyone else ever get that?

I've discussed this in two previous threads.

To sum up, guilt feelings about masturbation is often tied into religious guilt.

Masturbation is entirely normal and healthy and it's something every person in the world does. (It starts when you're a fetus and it ends when you die). I'd be concerned if someone said they did not masturbate b/c it would show serious denial issues.

Men and women can and should embrace masturbation as a safe, entirely normal bodily function.

Sometimes I feel SOOOO GUILTY because when I turn off my lights whatever to go to bed I pray and I say "God please watch over me and protect me while I sleep..." and then after I pray I get right to getting myself off and it all flashes through my head like 'oh no I just used these hands in prayer and now look where they are...'

Isnt it ironic that the people who tell us that masterbating is bad are the same people being indicted everyday for doing so to someone else...
