You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I assure you its not Joe Poo.
Don't you guys remember the night of the joint rolling contest, when Macy called in and came out of character on the air? Poo was in the studio for that and was talking while macy was on the phone.
