The Ron & Fez Show, along with the Opie & Anthony SHow, did the right thing about letting go of Patty.

For myself, I was getting tired of Patty and her whining. There are so many homeless out there and for WNEW to let her stay in was such a pleasant thing but to stay there for such a long time, was already overstaying her welcome.

Lots of people try to make it without any help and some people do make it without any help and they succeed. I think if Patty put some effort and tried to make something of herself, instead of whining, crying, and feeling sorry for herself or making people feel sorry for her, maybe nothing of this would of happened.

Don't get me wrong, she was a nice person and yes, had feelings, but she had to understand that Opie & Anthony do what they go to do, and WNEW is a radio station trying to run a business, and not a hotel.

For the people claiming that she was driven out of her apartment by Opie and Anthony, it was her choice to be in that day and to go thru what she had to go thru.

Farewell Patty, you were nice, but like they say on the show, "Time to move on".

And by the way, I saw her on O & A 's softball game, and she really does have the body of an ant.

I was never a big fan Stalker Patty and I can't say I'm sorry to see her go (not that I fully expect her to disappear). However, the way it was done (if not a set-up) was totally chickenshit. Do it in studio to her face, don't have your producer do your dirty work in the street.

I agree that Patty overstayed her welcome but they didnt have to humiliate her on the air yesterday, wasnt it enough to shave her head while Frenchy yelled at her like an animal...she wouldve been treated better in a Nazi concentration camp.

I cant say I enjoyed hearing Stalker Patty on any of the shows, but I felt bad for her when the wig got pulled off. But I am not going to bash Opie & Anthony. They did what they had to do, and decided to do it on air, in a ratings move. Which is one of the points of radio. <P>
