Embarassing situations

I have two:

Once I was so pissed off at my boss, and I was in the lunch room just "reaming her out" to another co-worker. Turns out she was right behind the wall divider and heard everything.

Another - my sister was at work and her underwear elastic was gone on her underwear at the leg. She goes into a dark room and yanks up her skirt to fix it. Turns out there was a meeting going on in there. They were watching a film.

I once told the VP of my company she had a piece of food on her lip, but it turned out to be a nasty herpes cold sore. Uncomfortable to say the least.

I just thought of another one.

A few years ago, I was in the foulest mood when I got up that morning to go to work. On my way driving to work, I go down to the bottom of my street, and this guy almost ran into me, but I think I might have been going to fast also. I rolled down my window and swore at him, called him a f*n idiot, etc. It turned out to be my best friend's brother.

I fell into a river once. No big thing right? Wrong. About 200 feet down stream was a huge waterfall. The current took me for about 50 feet or so. I was able to grab a low hanging branch and pull myself out. It was embarrassing to walk through a bunch of people soak and wet.

One time,while I was working at Victoria's Secret, in the stockroom, I spent 20 minutes telling a new guy all about one of the managers. She was Thai so I was bustin on how you couldn't understand a word she said and really laying into the child prostitution material. I was being really brutal. Finally my material ran out and I say to Scott, another stockroom guy, "Right Scott?" looking for some backup. He's like, "She's my wife." BOOM!! I froze like a deer in headlights. I think I barely managed to squeak before burying myself in behind the racks of frilly panties and such. My skin is crawling just thinking about it again.

Why do people say "bottom" of the street, when it's the "end" of the street? Just curious :)

I had a guy come into my office looking for a knife for something. I have a pocketknife in my coat, which was hanging behind the door, so I pull on the door and slam my knee. I double over, to grab my knee and hit my head on the door next.

Aggie, that is hysterical! I would say you have us all beat so far.

I think I said this because I actually lived on a mountain at the time. It was called Mountain Road. It felt like the bottom.
