I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IM DOING! I KNOW IN SIGNATURE SPACE OF YOUR PROFILE YOU TYPE IN THAT CODE. HOW DO YOU TYPE IN YOUR PICTURE'S URL? DO YOU JUST TYPE IN YOUR WHOLE WEBPAGE? YA GOTTA HELP ME!!!!

The first thing you have to do is use Photoshop or a similar program to make the pic conform to the board's standard (300x100...30k max). Then you have to host the pic on a web page, and put the url of the picture only in the code.
