Ok here's the deal for the BBQ part of the softball game. JustJon and I discussed that it would be best if we had a "potluck"style BBQ and everyone bring one thing they want. I'll list what we need and you pick what you want to bring off that list.

We Need:
1)75-100 hamburgers
2)75-100 hot dogs
3)75-100 hamburger rolls
4)75-100 hot dog rolls
5)3 to 4 packages of cheese
6)25-50 Sausages and rolls
7)25 BBQ chicken of any kind
8)2-3 lbs of potato salad
9)2-3 pounds of macaroni salad
10)5-10 bags of any variety of chips
11)10 bottles of any variety of soda
12)Condiments: ketchup, mustard, relish, pickles, salt & pepper
13)100 Plastic utensils (forks, spoons, knives)
14)100 plastic plates
15)Paper towels, napkins, aluminum foil, and garbage bags
16)Charcoal briquettes and starter fluid
17) 2 cases of bottled water
18) BBQ utensils: tongs, flipper, etc...

*If one person wants to bring 25 hamburgers or hot dogs and split it up with someone, that's cool. Just list what you will be bringing and the quantity.*

Please let me know if I missed anything, I'm not a BBQ expert or anything, LOL. Also feel free to bring anything you want on your own to add to this "potluck" BBQ!

And yes, you can bring beer instead of something for the list, alkey. Just remember folks, you gotta bring enough to feed quite a few ppl coming, 'cause they'll be doing the same for you, so please bring what you can afford to.

I'll bring a couple bottles of liquor to help get everyone wasted.

I can bring a few LARGE ice-filled coolers. Also, are there tables at this field (to put the stuff on before you go sit down to eat? I have access to a few card tables, and 8 foot tables, but can't fit the 8-footers in my car. I can bring chips and condiments (pickles, onions, tomatoes, relish, etc.)

Now that I noticed my cooler that I'll bring is smaller than I thought (due to the fact that I have to walk to take the train and bring my items then get to my ride, very heavy already) this is my updated list that I will bring.

OK, EMB, I'll just bring 2 small card tables as far as tables are concerned. They can be placed near the grill to put stuff on.

I'll add the cheese and some soda to my list.

I'll bring 2 LARGE coolers filled with ice. Very good for keeping the stuff we bring cold, or ice for drinks if needed. Guess that means I'll have 12 oz plastic cups too. Hope that I get a few people to help me carry this stuff in from the car {hint}...

Oh yeah, no under-aged drinking or it's my ass and no more games EVER.

Come on everyone else who's coming!! Bring a bottle of soda or a package of burgers. Anything will help.

My store only had hot dog relish, so I got Sabrett Kraut and Wagon onions instead.

I also got some BBQ sauce. I don't know for what but it was on sale. And I might get a bottle of Adobo for the burgers.
