emotionally? i beat myself up constenly. i tell myself stuff like "i'm not good enough", and "i'm doing nothing with my life", and "i'm going nowhere", and "why bother", and stuff like that..... and it makes me sad, even if i was happy before, and i don't even know why i start to think like that at all...

NELLIE - As Jen pointed out, you probably have low self esteem.
That's the easy part. The harder part is to figure out the etiology of this feeling. Let me know if you want to discuss it in private.

nellie its a normal thing....many people do it even though it may not be a normal or good thing...i get yelled at by my friends that i am too negative about myself and I KNOW I HAVE low self-asteem...but again it seems to be a natural thing that people say are hard on themselves cause in society girls and guys are to be or look a certain way in order to be accepted by society
I am a goofball & swell to boot
